Much like the stab-happy Knife That Guy, the premise of Pill Popper is a little dark. It's a tile-puzzler that sees you dispensing pills to cure patients of a range of emotional afflictions such as happiness. Act poorly and you'll kill them. It's playable in timed, endless and other modes, and can be yours for free now.
