Assassin's Creed Liberation HD, Assassin's Creed: Pirates logos pop up online - rumor

Assassin's Creed 3 Liberation may be released on platforms other than Vita if a logo on a Chinese forum is to be believed. According to the screencap, the game's logo calls it "Assassin's Creed Liberation HD - as noted on the supposed list of upcoming digital releases from Ubisoft. This suggests a PC, PSN and Xbox Live launch. Also noted is something called Assassin's Creed: Pirates, which Eurogamer suggests is a mobile game tie-in for Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag.
