Ys: Memories of Celceta Silver Anniversary Edition inbound

Tuesday, 27th August 2013 02:26 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Vita RPG Ys: Memories of Celceta will be available in a rather snazzy collector’s edition.

XSEED has set an RRP of $60 for the Silver Anniversary Edition and $40 for the standard. The special pack includes a three-disc franchise soundtrack, a cloth map of Velceta, a branded compass, a startegy and art book, and commemorative packaging. Both versions hit North America during the holiday season.

Ys: Memories of Celceta is a thorough remake of the fourth Ys game, which was not localised in its original form. The Vita version has optional touch screen controls, a zoomin g camera, more enemies on screen, and a non-linear overworld.

Thanks, AllGamesBeta.

That’s a pretty empty logic isn’t it? A game that never released outside of Japan is now an old ass game? I never played it and I’m sure plenty of others globally haven’t played it. So in all reality the game is pretty new.

I am looking forward to this game. I think I might upgrade to the collectors edition too.

What kind of style is Y’s?

I always remember hearing it mentioned on the Megadrive although I may be wrong?

It’s an action RPG – the steam games are worth a look.
