A website for Yakuza Ishin has been launched by SEGA, giving visitors to the page a Prologue, a look at the World and Cast pages.

The website is in Japanese, but Gematsu has pulled some pertinent details:

“In Ishin, Yakuza series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu becomes Ryoma Sakamoto, who is after the swordsman that killed his father and honored teacher Toyo Yoshida right before his eyes in Tosa,” syad the site.

“After a year of sleuthing and now suspecting the Kyoto Shinsengumi, Ryoma disguises himself as group captain Hajime Saito.”

The website still doesn’t list any platforms, but producer Masayoshi Yokoyama said an update on the game will be included in next week’s Dengeki PlayStation.

Translated into English as Yakuza Restoration, the game has not been announced for release outside of Japan at present.

That is SEXIST. What obvious objectification of men! Men are not objects!

on a serious note. this is probably going to be PS4/PS3 title.

The only Yakuza game I care about will probably never see a release in europe, just like it’s previous title.

Sidenote: They really suck at modelling, don’t they?

Gematsu can’t have looked at the screenshots too long if they expect it to be a PlayStation 4 title. Looks pretty obviously like a PS Vita game, with the low geometry and texture resolution.
