Xbox One gamescom shots show off the console’s UI

Xbox One was in full force this morning in Germany for the annual gamescom conference. Along with news regarding various games and Microsoft’s new indie incentive, ID@Xbox, the firm also showed off the console’s UI again. Granted, these screens were also shown during the console’s reveal in May, but it’s nice to get a refresher once in a while. Have a look below.

Sorry bro Microsoft invested heavily in commercial deals as in NuAds. Betta beliebe it bwoi. They are not tht retarded to show adds already. Who knows though you might be right.

If the recommended section shows games only thats cool, but non game related ads or recommendations are just disgusting.

@4 The majority of Xbox users use their Xbox to watch Netflix. Gamers are the minority. You will need to accept that consoles are no longer “Gaming consoles”, but “Multimedia” ones. Games are one part of that idea.

    Also, that green is terrible.

Looks nice and clean, but pins? That was a work around for the shortcomings of the interface on the 360. I want a fully customisable home screen+. How long have we had mobiles with this feature?

Why would there be ads yet? The ads won’t show up until the system is live. Then we can judge if there are too many ads.

Is anyone surprised they are going for a uniform look across phone, PC, and XBox? This is exactly what I expected it to look like. I also expect the color to be customizable.
