Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director’s Cut headed to all platforms

Wednesday, 12th June 2013 00:07 GMT By Brenna Hillier

Previously believed to an Wii U exclusive, the Director’s Cut version of Deus Ex: Human Revolution is going everywhere the cyberpunk shooter RPG is normally found.

The new version is also headed to Mac, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Eidos Montreal’s Jean Francois told Gamespot.

The Director’s Cut includes a number of second-screen features, which will be made available on tablets and Vita, according to Polygon.

The extended version also includes both the Tong’s Rescue mission and Missing Link DLC, as well as a number of much-appreciated fixes, like a rebalance of difficulty and the dreaded boss fights.

It’s not clear if the new version will be available as an add-on to those who already own Human Revolution.

Thanks, PCGamesN.

    Not that I’m overtly pro-Nintendo or something. But. What has happened to loyalty and honor in this now-disgusting business? Well, it has been raped for more than a decade. That’s what happened.

    @10 – Oh stop it. You really think it was right for the Wii U to get those features that the other systems didn’t?

    Anyway, now this has me wondering if I should continue the game. I got up to where you go to China and then had other things to play, so I’ve only fought the first boss. Wondering if I should just wait and see what happens with this. I got it on the Playstation Store for only $15 when it was on sale, so it’s not that big of a loss if I can’t just download the additional content. I do hope we can, though.

    @16 Ahahhahahah…. Good one :D

    I hope this Director’s Cut will be free patch for people who already own HR and Missing Link. I can’t see myself paying ~10€ for this patch on top of what I have already paid.
