Multiple Xbox 360 disc support added to Xbox One backward compatibility

This is according to a comment made by Major Nelson on reddit who said the backwards compatibility engineers worked hard to bring the multi-disc game to Xbox One.

Xbox 360 title Deus Ex: Human Revolution - Director's Cut, which spans two discs, was made available for Xbox One earlier this week.
