Hellraid shots show gruesome scenes, formidable enemies

Tuesday, 28th May 2013 21:32 GMT By Stephany Nunneley

Nothing is more frightening than a Minotaur in stocks running at you. Why? Because he can still kick your ass with both hands incapacitated is why. Below the break are some new shots of Techland’s Hellraid, an action game which players hack and slash the demons of Hell by themselves or with three friends for both moral and bodily harm support. Formerly known as Project Hell, the game is in development for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. Last we heard, it still needed a publisher, so once one is found, it’s likely to be out some time this year.

Ok…Im in love..I have been waiting for a new fantasy FPS, and this looks great. Activision sits on the Heretic IP and with modern engines it could be amazing, I am so happy that developers out there share that thought.

I cannot believe all the remakes/reboots coming out, Rise of The Triad, Shadow Warrior, and now A game that pays homage to Heretic/Witchhaven. I am very happy :)
