XCOM developer teases new project

At PAX East, Firaxis showed a brief teaser trailer which was described as heralding the developer's next big project. The teaser hasn't been released yet but Kotaku has an off-screen version. If it's not a a sequel to 2012's XCOM: Enemy Unknown, then it's something very closely related.
