Defiance dev diary offers tour of TV set

Defiance is an MMO built by Trion Worlds to tie in with an upcoming SyFy TV series; the upshot of this for us at home is we get to check out the sets of the show, which are likely to appear as in-game environments.

The titular town boasts a strange set of influences; it’s a blend of human and alien technology scrabbled together in the wake of a war.

An earlier developer diary showed off the MMO’s shooter roots. Defiance is expected in April 2013; players will be able to affect the events of the show.
