Oddworld Inhabitants would like to see Abe included in PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale

Oddworld Inhabitants would like to see Abe included in PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale, according to the firm's development director Stewart Gilray.

Speaking with CVG, Gilray said SCEA "were definitely up for it, but the developer hasn't gotten back to us."

"We've been trying to get in touch with them since May and can't work out if they've fixed their character line-up for the release version or if they're simply not interested," he continued.

Gilray said if the character line-up is fixed, Abe may have not met the deadline; however, the Oddworld team would be "absolutely be interested" in releasing Abe as DLC.

"We'd love to get him in the game," said Gilray. "We've already been talking about the moves he could have like possessing Kratos and beating the s**t out of everyone... I guess they're busy and we're busy."

PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale releases November 20 in the US and on November 21 in Europe for PS3 and Vita.
