Molyneux’s Curiosity delayed until September, gets new trailer

Curiosity, the debut title from Peter Molyneux’s new studio 22 Cans has been pushed back to September. The game was scheduled to launch today, but it has missed its release window. However, a new trailer from the studio should make the bad news sting less.

Curiosity will see players chipping away at a giant cube to reveal a ‘life-changing’ prize in the middle. Or if someone wants to just open it right away, they can spend £50,000 on a diamond chisel to bust it open and win instantly.

Thanks CVG.

You know, I think this idea is stupid… but wouldn’t it be just the the most total mindfuck if the prize turned out to be something like a value of money far above the cost of the $50,000 chisel?
