Actually looking forward to this, not keen on the freemium model but loved the mechwarrior games and glad they are returning finally

I really want to love this game.

But it looks slow, clunky, hard to control. The game is too “sim”, imo. I never enjoyed the PC Mech games for the same set of reasons. They just bored me. While I think that Mechasult on xboxone was the single greatest OMP shooter experience I have ever played.

I am glad it is freemium. I want to try it. I just don’t have high expectations. I hope I am wrong. I could play MA for years, did actualy.

@2 I’ll have to dust off my MS Sidewinder Joystick for this, Maybe I’ll catch you online with it when it’s released. I take your point about the freemium model allowing you to try before you buy but I tried World of tanks and found you had to pay to get the better tanks or play it well for 100′s of hrs. That and it has no ballistic physics for the tank shots drove me crazy and I gave up. My friend however ploughed over £200 into it to get better tanks…
