JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure HD Ver. due at the end of August
Well, hello there; Capcom’s announced a revamped re-release of late 90′s brawler JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure will hit the PlayStation Network on August 22 and Xbox Live Arcade on August 21. The spruced-up classic will come with a full suite of online features “comparable to those in Super Street Fighter IV and Marvel vs. Capcom 3″ and will go for 1600 MS Points and the $20 PSN mark. What makes this particularly intriguing is the release’s coincidental timing with a new anime series based on the venerable manga property – and a new game from rivals Namco Bandai.

Freckin awesome!
I thought this was PS3 only, time to dust off my fight sticks and harvest some cheevo’s at the same time!
1600 points though…
Ug! New premium price point imminent, ya! I love spending more… :/

They released the achievements for this game a few days ago and have only revealed it now? Rather strange. Still great though. Only played the original for a little bit (It was in Japanese) but really liked what I saw.

Does this HD version include the “Super Story mode” of the PS1 version?
That mode is a fans favorite. In addition to following the original comic storyline, it challenges players to imitate how the protagonists fight the opponents in exactly the same way as the comic story.
