Ubisoft demos and shows Wii U titles in the works

Yves Guillemot took the stage during Nintendo’s press event at E3 to mentioned previously announced titles Rayman Legends, and Zombie U.

Guillemot said he feels the console is innovative, accessible, social, and a revolution.

Xavier Poix of Ubisoft’s French studios came on stage to show off Just Dance 4, Zombie U.

A montage showing Your Shape, Rabbids, Sports Connection, The Avengers, and others were show.

Assassin’s Creed III was also included in the montage roll, and on Wii U, game specific features include being able to know where your enemies thanks to the “larger and more expansive overhead map right at your fingertips,” on the GamePad.

Players will even be able to change their weapons on the fly using touch controls to vary combos without ever stopping.

Videos for Ubisoft’s Wii U line-up are posted below.

Zombie-u is the most promising game I have seen on the Wii-u yet. I can see a game like Condemned working well for the Wii-u

Well i have yet to see any realtime gameplay of it, but lets hope we’ll see some soon. Hate pre-rendered stuff.

“yet”? it’s the only thing worth talking about, unless you’re one of the 6 people who care about pikmin, which has the same audience penetration as animal crossing

I know a few people who, Pikmin was a system seller for… Me included. Mario looked good too, Batman showed early promise, Zombie-U wasn’t for me (although impressive) I don’t get what people expect?

Some people are using this Nintendo E3 as an opertunity to valadate the games they play. For what ever reason they some of them seem almost afriad to branch out. As if a OMP fps game was somehow the peak of the video game summit.

I liked what I saw too, dreamcastnews. Alot of people will. But there will be just as many loud insecure gamers that have to shout about all the reasons that Nintendo is a train wreck.

“a revolution”? How embarrassing for the guy. He must have not paid any attention to the Wii at all. Is he aware of where the name “Wii U” comes from?
Of course, there’s the other possibility that he just doesn’t know the difference between evolution and revolution. Which… depending on one’s point of view would actually be worse.

@3: not that good at math right? nintendo still sells the most games. you should play pikmin yourself first before you judge it. it is an awesome game. halo 4, last of us all the way. but no need to bash those fantastic nintendo ip´s. i am very thankful that those games still exist and that nintendo continues to make them better and better and make every new installment a fresh experience. i don´t know why people do not get that. it must be because they refuse to play those games. well then i cannot help you.
