Metal Gear Rising demo to be included with Zone of the Enders HD Collection

A pre-launch Metal Gear Rising demo will be included in the Zone of the Enders HD Collection, Konami has confirmed in its pre-E3 presser.

The details were dropped at the end of a, quite frankly, very funny Mega 64 video parodying Rising.

For those not buying the HD Collection, the demo will get a separate release later in the year on PSN and XBL.

This isn't the first time this has happened between Metal Gear and ZoE. With the release of the original Zone of the Enders in 2001, a demo for Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty was included.

Zone of the Enders HD Collection launches this autumn for PS3 and 360, featuring both Zone of the Enders 1 and Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner. A Vita version is in the works.

Metal Gear Rising was announced for an early 2013 launch earlier this morning on PS3 and 360.

The Mega 64 video is above.
