Worms: Reloaded Game of the Year Edition hits Steam

Team17 have revealed that a packed ‘Game of the Year Edition’ of 2010′s digitally-released Worms: Reloaded is now available on Steam, packing in a ton of extra content.

If you’ve been looking for a dose of the classic 90s strategy game or just fancy hearing and seeing some British-accented invertebrates blow each other up, now might be the time – this new pack includes 5 DLC packs each containing a plethora of missions, levels and customization options as well as other bonuses for for £18.99, €22.99 or $24.99 depending on where you’re based.

Included in the pack is the original game as well as Puzzle, Forts, Time Attack, Retro and Pre-Order DLC packs. It also includes a free digital download of the game’s soundtrack.

The title picked up the 2011 European Games Awards ‘Best European Strategy Game’ award, and is developed in the UK. The GOTY edition as well as all the above DLC separately is up on Steam right now.

    I still remember how disappointed I was when they changed the style for Worms 2.

    It still looks so shit. I miss the original ones.

    @3 Worms + Reinforcements (the expansion pack) is still the best one. I really distinctly remember loads of Worms being named after 90s gameshow hosts. Beadle etc!
