Bobby Kotick joins Coca-Cola board of directors

Activision CEO Bobby Kotick is now on Coca-Cola’s board of directors, the company’s announced.

Kotick will take up his role on the board effective immediately. He has also been appointed to Coca-Cola’s management development committee.

“Bobby brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a high level of financial literacy and digital knowledge to our Company,” said Coca-Cola CEO and chairman Muhtar Kent.

“His global brand expertise and insight will be invaluable as we continue to grow our business and invest in enhancing our digital engagement with consumers and customers around the world.”

Ricitiello used to be with Pepsi, it stands to reason that Kotick would join Coke :P

If Ricitiello joins McDonalds, Kotick has to join Burger King.
