Rage HD iOS free for one week
id Software has celebrated the Rage Facebook page reaching 100,000 ‘likes’ by making its iOS title available for free until August 24. Not something to get angry about, unless you have an Android handset.
Rage HD, id Software’s iOS FPS is free via the App Store until 9:59 AM EST on August 24.
Go get downloading, but be warned just before you do: it’s a hefty 746MB file. Also, Gamefront is reporting that this offer is not available in all territories, but it’s apparent that residents of the US and UK can most certainly take advantage of this freebie.
Rage HD’s console and PC sibling is due out on October 4 in the US and October 7 in Europe.
