Warner Bros. registers Scribblenauts Remix domain

More Scribblenauts games may be on the way, if a domain registration is anything to go by.

Superannuation turned up the domain registration. It remains empty, but was registered by series publisher Warner Bros.

The most recent Scribblenauts game, Super Scribblenauts, released in October 2010 for the DS. the series is considered a highlight for the DS, so entering speculation mode, maybe Warner Bros. is working up a 3DS version using material from the first two titles.

Scribblenauts allows players to solve puzzles and navigate levels by writing the names of objects directly onto the DS’s touchscreen.

Developer 5th Cell’s latest game is Hybrid, a shooter set for release on Xbox Live Arcade this tear, but has been quiet on its plans beyond that.

Thanks, Joystiq.

Fusible spotted the registrations, which include variants like PlayTrove.com and TroveGame.com. All the domains have been transferred to Trion Worlds’ own domain server, too. No word on what this could mean, […]
