Reef Entertainment developing Rambo game for 2012
Reef Entertainment has announced its to release a Rambo game next year for PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The game is so far unnamed, and is a first for hi-def consoles. Reef purchased the rights to make the game from StudioCanal, which could see the studio turning it into a gaming series. The timing of the agreement was considered a good move with the recent Rambo film being such a success, andSylvester Stallone’s Expendables 2 slated for release next summer. Thanks, MCV.

@2 I have never seen the MW games include any sort of dismemberment or gore, just the Treyarch games. Hell if you hit someone dead on with an rpg it just looks like they just went down a chimney. No, this better be bloodier than the last freaking Rambo movie, make it like the wolverine game, 100x’s more violent than the movie (think the demo for that was already 100x’s more violent)! lol, all I know is this game better be red as hell with enough moments that drop my jaw so they better not water down Rambo.

@4, Are you being serious?
Rambo doesn’t need to use cover; just give him a bow and arrow and let him go to town.

@10, They should be forced to watch at least one Rambo movie a day every day during the development, get Sly in to give them Contender-like pep talks and make them run around a jungle or forest while having arrows, bullets and bombs going off around them.
“Interactive research” is what I would call it.
