The Darkness II moved from October to February 2012
2K’s just announced it’s delayed The Darkness II into February 2012.

Having originally meant to launch on October 7 in the UK, the Digital Extremes shooter will release on February 7 in the US and February 10 in the UK.
2K’s also announced details of a ComicCon panel for the game this weekend. It’ll start at 12pm, and will celebrate the 15th anniversary of the Darkness IP as a whole.
The panel will see Mike Patton, co-creator Marc Silvestri and Dark Cow CEO Matt Hawkins talk about bringing the series to games from comics.
D2 will also be playable to ComicCon attendees.
The game will launch on PS3, 360 and PC.

Sonofabitch! I was really looking forward to that game.
But i guess considering how many “good” titles are coming out this quarter, this is actually a neat decision.

It’s a smart move. There’s alot of big hitters coming at the end of the year.

Yeah but it’s not a good move for those wanting the game over the other ‘big hitters’
Still can’t wait for this game, will be awesome! Played the first not too long ago again to get me in the mood and it is still a fantastic game.
