Fill in a survey, score free TellTale games

Telltale is offering free WiiWare episodes of its Tales of Monkey Island series for those who complete a survery.
The offer only applies to US residents, and you need to have your Wii friend code handy in order to receive your reward. Oh, and you have to connect to the Wii Shop Channel to collect it.
The survey is said to take between five and ten minutes, and is available here.
Successful completion by eligible participants will win them the fourth and fifth episodes in the sereies - The Trial & Execution of Guybrush Threepwood and Rise of the Pirate God.
