Codemasters rally-racer DiRT 3 surges into the top ten of the UK charts, but is barely kept from the top spot by Rockstar’s LA Noire.

Sales ratio for DiRT 3, which has also outsold its 2009 predecessor, was at a staggering 67 percent for Xbox 360 compared to PlayStation 3′s 37 percent. PC sales weren’t specified, although that SKU had a mainly digital launch.

Due to the racer’s appearance at two, Lego Pirates gets bumped a spot, while Zumba Fitness and Bethesda shooter Brink round off the top five.

    What do those 67% and 37% mean? Cos 67 + 37 = 104 … so it’s not what I thought it meant :/

Both games are great. I never played Dirt 1 or 2 but 3 is worth checking out if you’re a driving game fan.

who cares the only reason y sales are low on PS3 is because Infamous 2 is coming out soon, beside stupid codemaster couldn’t wave the the online code to play, thats why i din’t pick it up. I said it would cost them sales on the PS3. Learn from this codemaster.
