Rumour – ICO/Shadow of the Colossus: The Collection moved out of spring
ICO and Shadow of the Colossus: The Collection’s previously promised spring release may have been altered, if one US retailer is correct.
A rep from US chain KMart and Sears has reportedly said on Cheap Ass Gamer that the collection’s been pushed to Holiday 2011 release.
“Looks like this Holiday, actually, from my last meeting with Sony,” he said in a post on the forums (via TSA).
The PS3 redux of the Team ICO PS2 titles is set to precursor the developer’s new game, The Last Guardian.
We’ll email Sony about this.

If it’s delayed, I don’t.
I would rather wait for a masterpiece than be disappointed with an unpolished game. You can’t rush art.

Pooh, that’s probably scuppered my purchase of the only PS3 game I was interested in this year.
If it’s delayed to the arse end of this year then it won’t get a look in due to Forza 4, Gears 3 and the Halo remake.

That’s what I’m thinking, this is probably to adjust it so that it comes out within a certain period of time of Last Guardian. I’m guessing this is really the result of a Last Guardian delay.

Given Ueda was still pondering whether to include a LG demo with it the other day I think it’s a given it won’t be out this spring sadly
