Battle: Los Angeles game confirmed
After two leaks, the tie-in game for sci-fi film Battle: Los Angeles has been declared Officially a Thing.

Although first rumoured as an Xbox Live exclusive, Konami has announced the game will release on the PlayStation Network and Steam, as well. Saber Interactive has been confirmed as the developer.
The game is due sometime in April, and features a single player campaign starring Corporal Lee Imlay.
Otherwise, details are thing on the gound – although Konami did mention it uses the Havok Destruction Model.
The adaptation was first outed by an Australian Classification Board listing, and then by 1C’s Russian page.
Thanks, IGN.

Why do people buy movie adaptation games still? I don’t understand the continued market for this kinda “Thing”.

@1 I don’t think the sales matter in any way. Hollywood is using the games industry as a PR machine. They just want to make gamers and Mums buying games for their kids aware that there’s a new movie coming out. They couldn’t care less if they spend a couple of millions on extensive ads on international TV or on a cheap tie-in game.
