Splatterhouse hitting shelves this Halloween

Candy? Costumes? Family friendly fun? Please.

Halloween’s about gore, killing, and paganism. Seriously, people. Satan is so disappointed. Hopefully, Namco Bandai’s Splatterhouse will be a sinew-snapping step in the right direction when it releases this Halloween.

Speaking with GameSpot, a Namco Bandai representative confirmed that Splatterhouse will be out this Halloween. However, as Joystiq points out, Halloween falls on a Sunday this year. Perhaps it’ll hit shelves the week before the Great Pumpkin goes on his annual rampage.
