New Splatterhouse shots are gory

Splatterhouse. It's gory. No two ways about it. Some recently released shots of the reboot for the series prove that.

You can get them over at IGN. There's eight in total.

It's looking good, but we would like to see some new footage soon. So please do that soon.

There's no set-in-stone date yet for the game, but it is set to release at some point this year for PS3 and 360, being done in-house by Namco Bandai after original developer Bottlerocket bit the dust.
