Command & Conquer devs chat gameplay, class structure

Lead designer Sam Bass and producer Jim Vessella are featured in a new developer diary for Command & Conquer 4, discussing how player choice comes into play throughout the game.
The video chats about some of the new changes in the game, along with class structure, and how C&C4 carries on the tradition of live-action cutscenes.
You can watch it over on D’toid.
While the game may be a close to the C&C storyline, it is not the end of the franchise, as EA’s John Riccitiello pointed out back in December.
The series will just get a revamp with Might and Magic creator John Van Caneghem, and may be released in the future as digital only.
C&C4 hits on March 19 for PC.

No base building though, a core feature of the game. I say, if it aint broke, dont fix it but C&C was a very stale RTS after Generals, especially when compared to classics like Dawn of War(original), CoH, World in Conflict and even Universe at War
