PixelJunk Shooter – The entire first level in video

Hit the link for almost 12 minutes of video from the first level of PixelJunk Shooter, the latest in the Q Games series.

On first impressions it appears to be properly excellent, blending puzzles and shooting in something instantly accessible and fun. Good deal.

Ignore the fact that someone appears to be playing it like a simpleton for the first few minutes, obviously.

It’s out on December 10.

Well that looks pretty great, and different enough to Gravity Crash to happily live alongside it. Is this one coming to the PSP as well?

It’s really awesome, and very different to GC. I don’t think they’ve announced a PSP version.

Oh, nice. Looks a bit better the Gravity Crash to me, which is also good but the controls are a bit weak.

Has there been a word on the price yet?

Blerk I think they said that the partical physics are a bit too crazy for the PSP, so it might come in a simplistic form, but I doubt it.

Looks cool, in terms of the game, but Eden wsas special becuase it had fuckign amazing music and visuals. This just seems a bit boring in comparison.

WIll still buy becuase it’s Pixeljunk, and the giant enemy crab boss looked great.

Love how the ‘simpleton’ straddles the survivors at the start.

I can’t really blame the ‘simpleton’ this time, I was expecting you’d have to land the ship and let them climb on board too. :-D

If it’s okay with you, I’ll stick to blaming the ‘simpletons’.

Correct me if I’m mistaken, but isn’t December 10 for Japan release, or this is a worldwide release?! Because I’m so excited about this one, can’t wait :)
