PS Blog launches in Spanish

The EU PS Blog is now available in Spanish, for Spanish people and Spanish speakers everywhere. Bienvenidos, etc.

That’s it, pretty much. Three bods from SCEE called Manuelito, Monica and Francisco are running it.
