New Splinter Cell Conviction movie shows Israeli fighting, real-life gun-play

splintercellconviction8

Splinter Cell Conviction is based on fact. Fighting fact. A video Ubi’s going to release tomorrow will prove that fact beyond all doubt.

“In this video, the developers of Splinter Cell Conviction give you an inside look at how the Israeli martial art Krav Maga and real-life firearm techniques inspired Conviction’s new gameplay,” said a rep today.

“You’ll also learn about Sam’s newest toys, such as EMP grenades and improvised gadgets, and get a look at how the storyline will be taken in surprising new directions following the tragic events of Double Agent.”

Tomorrow morning. November 5. At 9am GMT. Fact.

Krav Maga?

(Before anyone has a hissy fit, I’m actually Jewish myself and am fully aware of what Krav Maga is – it’s fucking brutal)

“real-life firearm techniques inspired Conviction’s new gameplay”

In tomorrow’s news:

“Once again, we prove, that video games are made only for killing and beatin’ people up in real life. BOOOOOOOO”.
Just… come on. Just like SniperWolf said – WTF IS THIS.

Krav Maga is seriously dangerous ..

it’s a pre-emptive defensive/offensive street fighting technique .. him or me .. by any means necessary .. no rules

if you see it in action you’ll never forget it & if you’re on the receiving end, you’ll know about it & probably want to learn it, if they let you survive ..

have some respect for martial arts practitioners
