Pretty light for a major update.

There’s apparently a lot of behind the scenes improvements aswell (e.g. browser etc), so it does indeed seem a light update according to that video.

Hopefully this will fix the slow wlan of the ps3 otherwise i have no idea how they want to start streaming movies in realtime, this november.

@5 They are not mean to be streaming in realtime, but you to be able to start watching them while they are downloading to your hard drive. It’s not exactly the same.

If your PS3 wireless is slow turn try turning off media sharing. It bogs down the connection.

yes media sharing disconnects you a lot while just being idle on psn too. great feature but it has its own pro and cons

Well, now I relaxed myself swearing in my own language I will be more reasonable in English. Absolutely useless crap, with only a pair of changes some will like in functions (bitstream and “hdmi and optic” at the same time), and enough and ugly stetic changes that don’t leave us modify (too big font, grey boxes, unnecessary ads…). It’s just a PS3Slim marketing shit.

I thought there was some exaggeration here (well, other than from MC… who is a bit crazy.), but yeah, they’ve made a mess of it.
