Xbox Live activity for week of July 6 – Battlefield 1943 tops Arcade

Battlefield 1943 is the winner over on the Arcade side, as everyone knew it would be. Currently, the kill status to open the Coral Sea map pack has XBL members pulling in 41087976 kills and PS3 users accumulating 21474448 notches on their belts

Bigger than BF1943 topping the Arcade purchase list… it came 5th in the overall play list… which I think is a record for an XBLA title.

Someone tell me… why the hell is N+ ranking so highly?

It’s a great game, don’t get me wrong, but something has to be putting those sales through the roof.

Michael: It was “deal of the week” selling for 400 points, -50% of its normal price.

That’s a pretty huge boost, even for a deal of the week.
