According to this MCV story, UK supermarket Morrisons has cut the price of the PS3 version of FIFA 09 to £25.
The Xbox 360 version is to remain at £40, the piece says.
The promotion will run for two weeks.

Interesting. I wonder why they would do this for one platform and not the other. I can’t imagine that Sony’s given them any money to do it or anything. What’s their intention here?

Tesco pricing it so nicely on Friday is the only reason I was in one of their stores before work buying a couple of copies that’s for certain.

My local Asda was sold out of 360 and PS2 versions on Saturday, but had one copy of the PS3 version left. And loads of Wii copies.
