Nintendo: No UK Wii or DS price cut this year
Speaking to MCV, Nintendo UK boss David Yarnton has confirmed that the firmhas no intention of dropping the price of either DS or Wii in Britain this year.
“In terms of Nintendo’s business, we feel that Wii and Nintendo DS already represent great value for money,” he said.
“This combined with out focus on market expansion and bringing people of all ages to our products through making them smile and helping to enrich their lives means that we currently see no need to drop the price on either of our formats this year.”
Blimey. Thanks, Videogamer.

Yeah… quite why anyone thinks they’d even contemplate dropping the price when they’re selling so fast they can barely keep them in stock, I have no idea.

From my office window I can see a Rainbow landing on Nintendo’s roof… it’s bringing pots of gold and bundles of cuddly happiness.
In other news, my blind’s broken and I can’t see whit on my screen
