Signed Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise is won by…

viva13.jpg

Yes, we know. We were supposed to announce this on Monday. We’re a bit rubbish, when all’s said and done. so we’re sorry.

Anyway. Last week, for the grand prize of a copy of Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise signed by the team at Rare, we asked you to complete the following sentence:

  • I enjoy playing with animals, because…

And the winner is poster lovemoose, with:

…because I severed both Alan Price’s arms below the elbow, and now they have to pay me to do the organ bits on “House of the Rising Sun”.

Thanks to everyone that entered. You’re all winners in our eyes. Lovemoose, mail patrick@videogaming247.com with your details and we’ll get the game in the post.

Not bad and a different angle to most. I still think Blerk’s within 4 minutes of the article being posted was never bettered. It was quick, snappy and funny.

I couldn’t win because I already won one VG247 compo and I’m also on Rare’s hit list.

I’ve fixed it so you never win anything ever again.

Wouldn’t Blerk just be faintly disappointed even if he did win?

Yay me!

Thanks all. I thought I’d gamble with a non-bestiality angle. Looks like it paid off. :)

Now all I have to do is avoid Alan Price for the rest of my life. I saw him play at a festival in the 1989 and he gave the guitarist a really nasty look when he broke a string. I reckon he’s the kind to hold a grudge.

/goes undercover
/emerges from cover to email address for prize
/etc.

“in the 1989″: I’m going to start saying that.

Ace. I’ve been trying for years to get people saying that.

Probably since the 1978.

Hi chaps, I sent my details to Pat, but haven’t heard anything as yet. Should I hang tight?

No worries. Mrs Moose was hassling me about it. She’s itching to play it. :)
