Tecmo moves to shut Itagaki up

Famitsu‘s reported that Tecmo’s issued a gagging order on estranged Team Ninja dev boss Tomonobu Itagaki. Apparently, the law now says:

1. He is not allowed to take confidential information outisde of the company.
2. He is not allowed to talk about the business of the company or criticize the business of the company.
3. He is not allowed to make inflammatory remarks which may hurt the company’s business.
4. He is not allowed to talk to the media regarding the company’s business.

Seems over for Tecmo.

I surmise each of those lines should be suffixed with the words “or he won’t get his massive pay-off to keep this out of the courts”.
