EA financials: Spore before Holiday 08

In the conference call following yesterday’s announcement of EA’s financials for the quarter ending December 31, company CEO John Riccitiello said he was confident Will Wright’s PC game Spore would ship “before the holidays” this year.

“It’s one of he titles we pay enormous attention to,” he he said, adding he was “very very bullish” on its future prospects.

Spore was originally “squarely targeted at March, April, or May”, Riccitiello said last August.
