New PS4 firmware update 3.11 is live

Another stability update for your console.

Go and turn on your PS4 and update with firmware 3.11. Go on!

The new update is all about "stability" according to the info on my PS4. Sorry, it's not very exciting.

The file size is around 250MB so it should be downloaded and updated in a jiffy.
