PS3 to get new Tales game?

Scrawlfx has scanned an unnamed Japanese magazine which is said to reveal an as of yet untitled "Tales" game for PS3.
The new game will apparently "take advantage of the system's power". The full reveal will appear in what has been transcribed as "X day in July".
Sounds dodgy to us.
