Epic hiring programmers for Gears 3 and "new unannounced IP"

Epic Games is currently hiring gameplay programmers to work on “Gears of War 3, as well as a new unannounced IP in development." No word on what this “unannounced IP” could be, as we haven't even heard mumblings, but we’ll send a mail and ask.
