UPDATE: This Project V1 countdown site expires May 30, but what's it for?

Project V1 is the mysterious new teaser site for some kind of game reveal. At the time of writing the site's countdown expires in just over eight days.
You'll find the Project V1 site through the link. It features what appears to be a helmet of some kind, the letter V and the tagline 'He is coming..."
Site 4Gamers also received this cryptic card in the mail.
The site's source code reveals the keywords for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS Vita, 3DS and Wii U. That's not a guarantee of anything of course, and could just be there for site visibility.
There's also this short teaser video and the Twitter hashtag #projectv1 to consider.
Who's 'he'? Santa Claus? Peter Molyneux? Who knows?
