One Piece: Romance Dawn - "no plans" for NA localisation

At Anime Expo this weekend, Namco Bandai told Siliconera that it has "no plans" to bring One Piece: Romance Dawn to North America. A European release is still expected. The 3DS exclusive is a remake of the PSP game of the same name, which didn't make it to the west at all; it hits Japan in August.
