This is Vegas canned? Not a chance, says Warner Bros.

"This is Vegas has not been cancelled," a WB spokesperson told G4. "The game is currently in production."

And so, like the nightlife vampires it depicts, This is Vegas is not so easily killed. The wet T-shirted dream lives on, for better or for worse.
