Project Versus J teaser site opens, crosses Dragon Ball, One Piece and more
Namco Bandai has launched a teaser site for a new fighting game called Project Versus J, and it appears to star a number of Shonen Jump regulars. The site includes art of Dragon Ball’s Goku, and Monkey D from One Piece.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors releases tomorrow in Europe – here’s a launch trailer
One Piece: Pirate Warriors, the first game based on the One Piece anime series to be released on PS3, has been given launch trailer showing all of the characters. They all have big mouths at one point or another, and seem to smile alot – just like in the anime. One Piece: Pirate Warriors will release on PS3 in Europe September 21 and in the US on September 25.

One Piece: Pirate Warriors releases on PSN in the US September 25
Namco has announced One Piece: Pirate Warriors will launch on PSN September 25 in North America. The Omega Force-developed game will release in Europe on September 21.

One Piece Romance Dawn announced for PSP
Namco Bandai has announced One Piece Romance Dawn for PSP. The game will be a traditional RPG where the player will control Luffy, as they adventure through various One Piece worlds. As the character gains in level, his attributes such as speed, attack strength, and more can be customized. The combat system will make use of an icon-based menu system with options for attack, flee, item use, and offers more than just turn-based mechanics. The game was announced in Weekly Jump along with the first screenshot, and it’s the first One Piece game to grace the Sony handheld. One Piece Romance Dawn will be released this winter in Japan, and more details are expected at a later date. Thanks, Andriasang.

One Piece: Kaizoku Musou Treasure Box PS3 bundle announced
Japan is getting a rather nice One Piece: Kaizoku Musou PS3 Treasure Box edition bundle which includes a console, the game, and the Adventure and Warriors stages of the Once Piece title. Adventure stages, according to Gematsu, feature platforming elements, and the Warriors stages will be similar to Dynasty Warriors: One Piece characters against massive hordes of enemies. Set for release on March 1, the Treasure Box Bundle will cost ¥12,390, while the game alone will run ¥8,190.
One Piece: Kaizoku Musou is a collaborative project between Namco Bandai and Koei Tecmo, and is a mix of Namco’s franchise offerings and the Dynasty Warriors/Musou franchise from Koei Tecmo Koei, resulting in a Musou-like action game.
