3DS info dump, One Piece and Hamster's Sudoku

The 3DS
Andriasang has amassed a swag-bag of 3DS hardware details, beginning with confirmation of the twin screens' resolutions: 800 x 240 on top, 256 x 192 below.
Power adapters for DS and DSi units can be used with the 3DS, and while 3DS games come in slimmer boxes than their DS brethren, the most noticeable difference between the cards themselves is a lip on the upper-right corner of the former.
The 3Ds's Street pass system, which allows owners of the same game to swap info and content even when the console is not in use or the cartridge is elsewhere, runs out of the console's operating system rather than in-game menus - although DS games will have to initiate transfers in the traditional way. Street Pass can hold up to twelve titles in memory, and can be regulated via parental controls. Any Miis you meet while transferring will appear in the console's Sleep Mode Mii Plaza.
Like the PlayStation XMB, the 3DS's home menu will be accessible while playing, to make notes or browse the Internet, but cannot be used during online play or while using the camera.
One Piece: Unlimited Cruise 3DS
The latest, 3D-ready adventure of the One PIece crew will reportedly sport "multiple new features" over the franchise's last iteration. Two new characters - Emporio Ivankov and Boa Hancock make an appearance, while Gabri makes a return.
Many features from a recent Wii release will be included, such as fishing and treasure hunting. One Piece 3DS is sue out in Japan in spring.
Hamster's Nikoli's Sudoku 3D
Sudoku doesn't seem like an obvious contender for a 3D makeover, but apparently, numbers added by the player will appear to float above the playing field, helping to distinguish puzzle elements from proposed solutions.
The game features puzzles for all levels of skill, beginning at true beginner problems, and features both a random puzzle generator and a stage clear mode to measure your progress. Additionally, wireless support allows for four player speed competitions.
Number puzzle variations Nurikabe, Heyawake, Kakkuro, Bijutsukan, Hitori ni Shitekure, Mashu and Slitherlink also feature, with over one thousand puzzles in total from these additional modes.
Supporting both stylus and button control schemes, Hamster's Nikoli's Sudoku 3D arrives in Japan on March 31 for ¥3,990.
