Kojima already has three ideas for Metal Gear Solid 5

Hideo Kojima already has three ideas for Metal Gear Solid 5, he told 1UP.
“I have three concepts for MGS5 already. What would be ideal for me with MGS5, though, is that we don’t do those,” he said. “If the team picks one of those concepts, I have to get involved again, which I don’t want to do.
“There are already so many good ideas from the staff, so if we select one of those, that would be really good. At that point I could really rely on them and take the step back to be the producer, which is the ideal situation, I think.”
He also has ideas floating around that have nothing to do with Metal Gear, though.
“Well, I want to create something new, and it’s difficult to explain since no one’s seen it before. I don’t know if it would sell very well,” he told the site.
“I’ve been warming this up for a long time, and I keep thinking that I’ll try this idea. But ideas always change, so I really don’t know what the final outcome will be.”

Kojima: Metal Gear Solid 5 “maybe” announced at E3

Guess everyone missed this in the rush last week. Hideo Kojima specifically addressed a question about Metal Gear Solid 5 at his Apple Store visit following his GDC keynote last Thursday, dropping a not-so-subtle hint that the game will be announced at E3 in June.
“I can’t really speak specifically right now,” said the developer, speaking through a translator.
“All I can say right now is that maybe we can do some announcement during E3.”
That’s what he said. Kojima said just in interviews the day before his keynote that he would announce a new game at E3 this year. Looks like it’s not going to be the biggest shock in the world when it hits.
Many thanks, Dan.

Kojima has three “concepts” for MGS5, doesn’t want them to see light of day
In an interview with 1UP, Big Boss’ papa Hideo Kojima expressed his great hope to finally be free from the MGS series; and then proceeded to sigh his way through a few details on – you guessed it – MGS5.
“I have three concepts for MGS5 already,” he said. “What would be ideal for me with MGS5, though, is that we don’t do those. If the team picks one of those concepts, I have to get involved again, which I don’t want to do.”
“There are already so many good ideas from the staff, so if we select one of those, that would be really good. At that point I could really rely on them and take the step back to be the producer, which is the ideal situation, I think.”
Will he? Won’t he? Would you rather see a heartbroken Kojima churn out another work of staggering genius, or something New And Different from his team?
