Aliens: Colonial Marines development “absolutely not” outsourced, says SEGA
Aliens: Colonial Marines is the talk of the town today, thanks to a run of poor review scores, and an ex-Gearbox employee claiming that the lion’s share of the game wasn’t developed by Gearbox Studios, but Section 8 team TimeGate Studios. SEGA has emphatically denied the claim, and during a DICE talk, Gearbox president Randy Pitchford even revealed the studios which helped the firm develop the game.

Aliens: Colonial Marines AU, NZ Steam issue believed resolved
A “missing executable” error with the Steam version of Aliens: Colonial Marines affecting Australia and New Zealand seems to have been fixed.

Aliens: Colonial Marines ‘Bug Hunt’ DLC revealed, releasing March
Aliens: Colonial Marines is out next week, but – no surprises here – DLC is on the way already. It seems that the ‘Bug Hunt’ expansion will launch in March, according to promotional material found in a Wal-Mart store.

Aliens: Colonial Marines kick ass trailer released, pre-purchase on Steam nets a S.H.A.R.P. Stick
A new trailer for Aliens: Colonial Marines has been released, and it’s a “kick ass” one, according to the video description by SEGA. You can watch it below. If you plan on picking the game up on PC, you can now pre-purchase it on Steam and receive the S.H.A.R.P. Stick (sonic-harpoon artillery remote projectile rifle) for your trouble. Game’s out February 12.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate, more dated by Nintendo
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate has been given a release date, and a demo is coming soon. Lego City Undercover, Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, and Need for Speed: Most Wanted have also been given a solid date, along with many more titles on Nintendo systems.
