The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will release on New 3DS, Wii U and Xbox One

Edmund McMillen has announced The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth will release on New 3DS, Wii U and Xbox One.

The announcement was made yesterday on the official website, but due to it being April 1 and the blog entry full of jokes, many points weren't taken seriously at the time.

Tyron Rodriguez at Nicalis will be handling the ports. Older versions of 3DS nor 2DS will receive the game.

The game will also not be censored in any way.

A release window other than "soonish" was not announced.
